Support costs

The support provided by catkin for registered customers is generally subject to a charge. The recording takes place in 15-minute intervals per working day, with summary billing per working day. The smallest billing unit is 15 minutes.

The chargeable support includes among others:

  • User creation, corrections
  • Technical queries, product explanations
  • Specification of desired extensions / adjustments
  • Organizational activities
